Nikolay Vargasov joined the team of UFG Wealth Management in 2014. Before that, he was employed with one of the largest Russian investment banks.

Mr. Vargasov is responsible for providing complex legal support of transactions in the international market, including M&A dealings, direct and bank financing. Mr. Vargasov provides advice on family law matters, structuring of personal and business assets, in particular through the establishment of funds and trusts in different European and offshore jurisdictions.

Olga Gutina joined the team of UFG Wealth Management in 2019.

Prior to joining the company, Ms Gutina held the position of a junior partner at Essex Group, where her responsibilities included advising on asset protection and business structuring abroad, migration planning, and opening foreign accounts.

Natalia Butrina joined the team of UFG Wealth Management in 2020.

Before that, she was employed with the largest financial groups, as well as with the Family Office, including Alfa Group, X5 Retail Group, Otkryitie Group and Gazprom, for over 8 years.

Roman Isakov joined the UFG Wealth Management team in 2017.

Prior to joining the company, Mr Isakov worked for Deloitte, where he dealt with Russian and international taxation of clients and their structures.
